Worry is something we all feel. Some of us experience it hourly, daily, or weekly. In Matthew 6, Jesus tells us that we don’t need to worry. Sometimes people will respond to our worries by reminding us of this passage. Maybe you've read a book about depression that left you feeling like you should be able to conquer your struggle that wasn't very helpful. However, Jesus doesn’t simply say, “Stop worrying!” No—he encourages us to trust in his promises rather than focusing on our fears.
